Food, good. Service was atrocious. I was upcharged on EVERYTHING, despite not asking to be! However, it was really busy and I wasn't paying that close attention to the charge, but that lady ringing up people is an immoral piece of trash! Secondly, the one thing I did ask to be upcharged was noodles. When my order the end of the line, I got rice! When I brought it up the the attention of the young man handling out orders, his response was to ask to see my receipt and then respond to me, "do you want this?" When I responded that I wanted noodles, as requested, he told me (very rudely) that I didnt pay for noodles and this is what I ordered and tried to "push" me through by handing me the order already prepared. I was insistent that I wanted what I ordered and he said, "do you this or not!" I was pissed at this point and asked for the owner through the sample lady, but I guess he was too busy to speak to me..... I will tell EVERYONE possible of this experience and be very vocal regarding the type of people at that Sarku. They will, of course, NEVER see me again!

My favorite here is the teriyaki chicken with rice, it is great food and I have eaten at this restaurant for at least 7 years..

Best Japanese Food You Can Find Around. Absolutely amazing and pack with people but in and out quick. Amazing!!!
