Tokyo Hibachi & Sushi

Love their Volcano roll! That's what I always go there for. Other dishes are also good. The behavior of the owner is nice.

The hibachi is consistently great here! The vegetables aren't over or undercooked. The sweet carrots are amazing. I sometimes ask to have the chicken with no sauce for a healthier option, and they are always willing to do so. Delivery is on time. The owner is very friendly. The shrimp sauce is a good balance of sweetness without overdoing it. I really like all of the healthy options such as steamed over fried and etc. Some of the best Hibachi in Knoxville!

I've been eating at this restaurant for years and the food is always hot and fresh, and the service always prompt and friendly. The vegetables are fresh and always seasoned flawlessly, the chicken always tender and flavorful, and the rice always sweet and plump.

I've tried different hibachi restaurants as I've traveled to different cities, and none of them have ever compared in either flavor or value to this one.

If you're looking for one of those restaurants where they come to your table and juggle your food as you watch hungrily or set it on fire, this isn't that place. But if you're looking for really good sushi and hibachi that you'll think about all day and crave all week, congratulations: this is that place.

Would be nice if they accepted Samsung Pay, as all card readers new and old will accept the MST transaction, which does not use NFC like Apple pay and doesn't cost anything. Many people are unaware that users of Samsung Pay have to go through a sign-in process with the card issuer and second-factor authentication to get the card on the phone, making it more secure for me and the restaurant. I was once a regular, but prefer using mobile payment and keep this in mind when going out for dinner

The portion sizes are tiny. Their prices are a couple bucks lower than some of their competitors and the food is good. But, you're getting half the portion you get from any other hibachi place.

Great value, really good food. Can't overstate how important that is. Never had a bad meal here and never had to wait long, even on a busy night. I like that reliability
