(July 26, 2019, 6:48 pm)Really great, homelike atmosphere. Super delicious homemade dishes. Very busy when I got there at 12 but they do close at 2 so understand. Would most definately try to go back again if I'm in the area

You'll order your meat from the owner himself and don't miss the tomatoes he selects from Grainger County.Great home cooking. I've been coming here for years. I'm mid forties with two kids in their early twenties and we all love it. It's older, not nicely decorated and no one that wants a good home cooked meal cares. Love the atmosphere and the folks are so nice.

(June 14, 2019, 1:27 pm)My dad used to take me to this place when I was a kid, and I used to eat here regularly when I worked in Knoxville. Thankfully, nothing has changed. Fantastic home-cooking, highly respected in the business community, and great memories.
