Fast, great food and very appreciative of those that served! You guys are awesome

Good food, but pricey.

Staff very friendly. Food usually fresh & good. Have gotten the occasional chicken breast on a salad that's been sitting out too long or it's overcooked (not sure which). They sometimes forget the sauces in the drive-thru. Always check your bag before leaving. They'll tell you it's in there when it's not. Mostly good though. I keep going back.

Nothing in life is free, and nothing in life is perfect, but Zaxbys is low-cost and creeping up on snack perfection. The breading on their chicken is super homey and delicious, the fries are tasty, and it has the feel and fantastic memory inducing smell of attending a carnival and eating while you walked around as a kid. They have some really fun menu items that are unexpected and sweet. It is a little escape from ordinary fast food when your lunch break only lasts an hour. Try it out!

Everytime I've been I have to check my order. I don't have complicated orders. It's stupid stuff such as no slaw, extra fries. Or sauce on the side. Today two people in my order wanted sauce on the side so they assumed the third one did too although they wanted it on the order. Another order wanted grilled chicken, not fried. The food is always exceptional. So are the employees. They just need to get the correct orders.
