“In my honest opinion the best Asian food in the mall. Love their sweet and sour and their egg roll. You can get a fortune cookie. Smiling faces great customer service. I would eat here again. Much better than the other Asian restaurants here. Usually pretty busy but worth the wait.”

“Delicious! Their jalapeño chicken is my favorite! Ordered it on bite squad and it was even better than from the mall! The bubble tea is also so good if you want a sweet treat! Just keep in mind it is a bubble tea, not boba. The pearls are tapioca, not boba, which I don’t mind but it looks like some reviewers were disappointed because they were expecting boba”

“Hello Poke in the South! My favorite and only Poke go to. Fresh and absolutely delicious! Has the variety I've been looking for. Must try this if your hankering a good healthy option. And yes they do have a vegetarian option for those pregnant mommas and it's still phenomenal without the fish, I get mine with tofu. Planning my next visit :D”

“Exactly as you'd expect from any Chick-fil-A. It gets busy around lunch and dinner times, closed on Sunday, tasty chicken menu. It is generally the cleanest place to eat in the mall.”

“Great experience! The employee Mama went above and beyond. She was happy, friendly, smiling, and such a hard worker. Made this visit one of the best I've ever had not just a Petro's, but anywhere.”

“My daughter decided on dinner and Cheesecake Factory was the selection, their first ever. They enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the cheesecake of course. They did say they felt under dressed for the visit as we did not come prepared in our best dress attire. But next time I told them they can wear a dress. All in all their first visit was a success and the food, staff, and time spent was great.”

“Very good. Got here right at 11:30 a.m. Restaurant well kept and clean. Immediately seated with chips and salsa. Waiter was quick, got my food in a matter of 10 minutes. My new favorite Mexican restaurant !!”

“Whatever happened to the art of presentation? Whatever happened to customer service? Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"??? First they charge us wrong for 2 different things... Then they bring out one half sandwich that looked pretty great and one half sandwich that looked positively pitiful... The pitiful one was a teeny tiny bit of chicken salad on a teeny tiny half of a burned croissant. I say teeny and pitiful because the replacement they brought was much bigger, much fuller, and not at all burned. Thankfully, the sandwich was replaced and the charges were fixed, but I still wonder... Where has the pride in presentation gone? Why has customer service gone the way of the dodo bird? Isn't it easier (and less expensive) in the long run... to keep good customers than to attract new ones?”

“Everything was fresh, and prepped perfectly! I can tell all of the employees really go by the recipe cards because everything I took a bite out of was precise, and mixed thoroughly! All employees had a smile on their face, and really looked like they loved their jobs! Thank you guys for the amazing food and great customer service! I can always count on you to satisfy my day!”

“Food is good, but their straws give a bad sensation, like I'm using cardboard. Not a pheasant experience. They're thick and made of paper or something. I had to ask for a regular straw, which my waiter claimed they don't have, but went to the back and found one.”

“Awesome cuisine without the wait. Options for every taste, well prepared and presented. You will not leave hungry. It gets noisy when crowded. Many drink options. Not inexpensive, but worth it. Always good service.”

“It's OK. You know... I don't know what happened. It used to be great. Not sure if they've changed or I've changed. I'll seek counseling on this. The peanuts were legit ancient and the fries were average. They used to be great. Plus it was $15. Should have been $11 at best”

“Pizza was ok. I was really disappointed in portions. You pay 21 bucks for a pizza it should have more cheese than you get on a little Caesar pizza. Sauce was good but only place there was enough to taste it was the edge of the pizza. Funny how they make there pictures of pies online look so good. Doubt I’ll try it again.”

“We went for lunch. Very generous portions of delicious food on their lunch menu, and a courteous, helpful server who made our meal very pleasant. A very nice place for quiet conversation with an old friend of mine!”

“Service was quick, and the food was excellent. Beautiful interior and exterior. The exterior was well kept (parking spaces swept, lawn was freshly mowed, etc.). I ordered a chicken biscuit, and it was the best one I have ever ordered. The biscuit was buttery and soft. And the chicken was moist and flavorful. Excellent first experience!”

“For any gringos that have not tried this place, this review is for you! Maybe you will wait 30 minutes at rush times but it is authentic! NOT a chain in a world of chain restaurants. Very casual. People were really nice to me even though I was the "outsider" in there. Outsider meaning I do not speak Spanish well and their English is perfect. Music is loud and lively. The one waitress was very busy so I went and sat myself (might have added to my wait time) and you pay at the grocery register that you can't miss near exit/entrance. Went for Saturday togo lunch when it was almost full except for patio and got served my to go order of carne asade and whole fried fish in 20 to 25 minutes. My Life 360 app said I was there a total of 35 minutes but I was not in a rush. I parked in lot to right of Los Girasoles with other patrons and had no problems getting in or out.”

“Pros: Delicious food, nice selection of choices, ample parking. OK: The hibachi chef "entertainment" is kind of cheesy, but I think that's almost expected. So so: Bring a sweater, wear long pants; room is chilly. Prices seem just a bit more than I've seen for similar food/style elsewhere. I'd go back.”

“The overall experience was fine. Friendly staff. The homestyle chicken strips are disappointing though. They seem to come from frozen.”

“This jewel on Middlebrook Pike is a true Knoxville institution. You'll order your meat from the owner himself and don't miss the tomatoes he selects from Grainger County.Great home cooking. I've been coming here for years. I'm mid forties with two kids in their early twenties and we all love it. It's older, not nicely decorated and no one that wants a good home cooked meal cares. Love the atmosphere and the folks are so nice.”
