Pizza Hoss in Powell

Good food and service. They have a good selection of pizza and wings. I visit here often.

We got The big Hoss pizza and it is definitely approved by us. They have quite a few choices if you don’t want pizza. The bacon was very crispy and the meats all had a very good flavor. Will definitely come back for more yummy pizza.

Delicious pizza and wings! Creative specialty pizza or build your own. Crust is great!! A great place to watch a sporting event too. Live music occasionally as well.

I once reviewed this establishment as 5 stars and after my last few experiences I can’t stick with that. The food is still delicious, that has not changed. BUT, the service has declined drastically. The people who answer the phone are not friendly and often rude. They behave as if it is bothersome for you to buy their product, particularly if dare to ask for delivery! They always tell you it is going to be an hour to an hour and a half, which in my opinion is to dissuade you from having your pizza delivered. I hate to put this out there, but the hope is someone with some authority will see it and make the necessary changes. I have been a very loyal customer for the last 2 years and I don’t feel like it’s a lot to ask. If you you offer delivery service, cool, but don’t treat me like a bothersome child for asking you to do so. And the fact that for the last 3 deliveries I have been told 1 1/2 hours is ridiculous. When the delivery people arrive they are always cool and provide great customer service, consequently they are given a healthy tip for their good work! If the business is doing that well, great, hire a part time delivery person for peak hours (which I don’t imagine 2pm on Sunday is). Again, very disappointed to have to write this, but it is how my last 5-6 interactions have went and someone needs to fix it. I would be more than happy to change my review, because the pizza really is some of the best pizza in town.
