Firehouse Subs

i was right behind Ashley Akers in line I remember because she was the lady yelling and disturbing the whole restaurant I was in there maybe 8-10 min and she got her food before me and I noticed the manager jeff coming out of the restroom wiping his hands with a paper towel she would have noticed this if she wasn't yelling at the staff another manager came over and then she accused him of not washing his hands i think she had a bad day and took it out on these guys my sub was great got it in a timely manner and i was right after her i hope the manager/owner and everybody else notices the complaints she has on other restaurants there is a lot.Maybe its you and your family that the problem not the restaurants.guys did a great job and the same dude took my order and did a good job yes could tell he was new but he got my order right and i got a big order some people just hate the world!

Friendly folks, delicious subs, dalmatian spotted tables, what more could you want in a Firehouse? We travel the country in our RV and we have been to many Firehouse subs. They are all similar, but I would rate this one well above average.

Service seems to very with steady quickness. Staff is friendly! Food is great!! They wasn't stingy with the meat! :-) just need to work on getting people in and out!!

Not a place for kids. Subs were good and staff was friendly enough but they rang us up for milk as the kids meal drink, then, when the food came out they told us they don't ever keep milk because they sell so few kids meals (our son had no drink...but we had water with us). They also didn't know what the big menu on the wall said came with the kids meal but they were able to go find the other items when we went up and asked for them. If you expect them to have what they advertise on the kids menu, just go somewhere else.
