    On July 14th I visited Wendy's a little after 6:00pm. The services were great, I had a accident inside. I fell, there is a huge knot above my left eye, several bruises and a heck of a shiner.The employees remade my meals. The only question I have is they didn't make a accident report. I ended up at the emergency room after my husband saw my condition. A cat scan was done to make sure I didn't have a concussion. I was very fortunate because a family eating inside at the exact time of my accident, insisted on following me home. I was glad because I didn't know if I would have made it home.
