I work here lol. It's a nice place to work and eat.

Great food, my McChickens were nice and hot. Servers were friendly. The only thing I hated was the fact that the past two times I’ve been here, there were two older men who sat in the same place both times and made me & my companion uncomfortable the whole time. They stared at me inappropriately as I got drinks and we watched as they did the same to three other women, including a worker who i could tell was underage. It’s a shame you allow these kinds of people to dampen others’ experiences and possibly make your workers uneasy as well. Will be going to the drive through, but will never dine in again.

I would think that the most important lessons in fat food service would be the easiest to remember. Regardless of how fancy your restaurant or how clean it is that isn't the lasting impression taken from a visitor. The quality of the food is what people remember. If your food is fantastic people can forgive a lot. In closing (quality should never take a back seat for the sake of speed).
