Brooksie's Barn

Friendly, helpful staff, well stocked buffet with lots of choices and something for everyone. The setting is wonderful, peaceful, could be romantic with the right person, you won't expect how warm and cozy it is from the parking lot. We had a good fellowship with our meal in a nice casual setting for lunch.

This restaurant is just fine. Neat building and friendly service. Wasn't overwhelmed by the food selection or quality. It was quite good, mind you, but there are a couple of places where I'm from that are better and I can't help but compare.

Good country food. Decent selection. BBQ, Chicken fried steak, pork chops, chicken, soup, chicken and dumplings, cornbread. And dont forget the gravy. If you like southern country food, you will like this. Waitress was super nice. Prices are kinda high, but worth it.

I visited Jackson and my employer took me here for lunch. It was incredible. The front of the restaurant looks like an old wooden barn. Once inside the back half of the place is all windows overlooking a beautiful pond. I typically don't care for buffet style food, which is all this place offers I believe, but the food was great. The next time I am in town I plan on returning.

The food was good, especially if you like country fare. The staff is friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is awesome, there is a wall of windows on the back of the rustic building facing a lovely pond that is well landscaped. Its really lovely and quaint. If the food was less than par, it would have been a great dining experience because of the ambiance and friendly staff. Thankfully, the food was good, hot and well maintained. I went in the evening on a rainy day and the view was truly spectacular watching the water ripple in the rain and run off of the rocks. It was a romanticized buffet, of all things. Still happy.
