Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Everyone should know that they have southern comfort food and, for the most part, it's authentic in nature. It's a great place to stop on road trips because they have comfort food but they also have all sorts of timeless classic candies, sodas, and games. They also have many other items. It is very close to an "old country store" of yester year.

Am happy they now have their home styled chicken available every day and evening which is our favorite meal on their menu. It is truly delicious and gives us something to bring home almost always to eat for another meal at home which makes it a very good price to pay for since it gives us two meals for the price of one.

Food was very good. Service was awesome. But as always the food portions do not reflect the price of the meals. In other words more good tasting food for the buck.

Came here with my boyfriend today to celebrate my birthday! I visit Cracker Barrel once a year to enjoy the same dish: country fried steak with carrots, mac n cheese, and whatever other side sounds good at the time. Today, it was fruit. I also order a bottle of orange cream soda, it's so good. After all that, I stuff myself with a slice of their coca cola chocolate cake. Oh my. I'm so full, but man is my belly happy. Happy Birthday to me, oh yes. I am never disappointed, and even enjoy when they sing to me! Cause I mean y'all, it's coca cola chocolate cake! Yum. Our server was Tyler, and he was great. Ask for him when you go, he'll take real good care of you.

Great food. Our waitress was the best ever. She got to our table as soon as we sat down. And kept our glasses full. And made sure we was good the whole time there. Her name was Shelby.
