Jack’s on South Highland Ave is where I stop for breakfast on the days I go to my office. The service was great this morning. The drive through moved smoothly and quickly. No cars were pulled up waiting. It was a pleasant experience.
As far as Fast food goes, you can't beat the offerings and options on the menu. Unfortunately it is corporate style so you will see some young and inexperienced workers because the wages are lower that some other employers. Price is decent, facility is clean. The last time we were there, apparently one of the staff dumped about 10 gallons of mop water in the dining area and essentially flooded the guest areas. The staff worked hard to try to get it dried up. Jack's is one of the lesser known chains but they are one of the more creative and agile.
I really like going to this Jack's. Friendly staff.Today January 19th at 330 I ordered a milkshake and took them 12 minutes to get the shake to me. Something is wrong with that. They need more staff or something.
It's new and I've only had breakfast there one time. The breakfast was good. I expect it to live up to the other Jacks. Jack's is the only fast food place left that has a good hamburger and fries. It has a taste and not like generic mcd, Wendy's and etc. Try it and see if you agree.
