Outback Steakhouse

We were greeted at the door and seated immediately at lunch time on Sunday! This is our first visit to Tennessee from Texas and we have been treated wonderfully! The waitress, Tori, was wonderful! Took our order and brought it out quickly. She was friendly and attentive. The food was delish and cooked perfectly! If we lived in the area, we’d definitely be back!

Ahh! We were seated right away on a Saturday at noon! Ordered my usual, grilled pork chops. 2 big chops. Substituted baked tater for grilled squash. All very tasty. I do believe the Outback chain serves whipped margarine (yuk) with their delicious warm bread. Should be butter y'all! The Jackson store could use a very thorough deep cleaning. My nose detected an unclean odor as I walked toward the area near the restrooms. Our black cloth napkins that the silverware were wrapped in smelled strongly of rancid cooking oil. Our waitress was efficient & pleasant.

I've eaten here a hundred times and it's always a top notch experience. Service is amazing and the food is always delicious. And the owner is a lead by example kind of guy, I've never seen him there and he wasn't working as hard as his staff. Excellent experience as always!

Andre B was our server and he was awesome! He had other tables around us and he was busting a move the entire time we were there to get everyone everything they needed. When it came time to pay the bill I had 2 different discounts and he got me the one with the most benefit. He was friendly and polite and always smiling. ???? Kudos to the chef too. Our steaks were perfect!!
