    We get our food fast and fresh everytime this location is way better then kimball.

    Best exit to get off for gas and food. Right off of exit! Food was delicious, used the machine for first time :)

    I think there is a real problem from the owners all the way down. They have never been fully staffed, more often than not, something is always broken for weeks at a time. Every time I go in there, there will be at least 3 people that just started, and are doing a new job with no direct supervision of a trainer working with them. All these are on-going problems, not isolated incidents. I realize it's fast food, but even low standards of management should produce better results than these performances.
