Domino's Pizza

The Domino's on Nashville Highway is fairly new to the area, so we thought we'd give it a try for dinner tonight, we ordered delivery ahead of time and scheduled for it to arrive at 7:30pm. Our delivery Driver David was just as polite and friendly as can be. He arrived at 7:24 with hot and fresh sandwiches which matched our order perfectly! Great Job Domino's! We will be recurring customers!

Placed my order and came in after the pizza tracker said it was ready. They told me it would be up soon. 10 minutes later I asked if it was ready and the guy said it should be done any second. Another 10 minutes and I ask again, he checks again and only half my order is done. He checks the ovens and it's not there. I ask for a manager and he's the guy standing there the whole time. He says it's going to be another 20 plus minutes because they forgot it and they're busy. I ask for a refund and the manager gets rude. Tries to create a scene in front of other customers. Terrible customer service. I received a call from the owner, she was apologetic and sincere. Always had great pizza and service from this location and I will be back to try again.

I love the new location! We probably love it a little too much as this is our new go-to when I don’t feel like cooking. Delivery is always well before the estimated delivery time, drivers are friendly, polite and always have our order correct along with any condiments that we may have requested. Ordering has been made simple with the online app, a tracker, app alerts, and they even send text messages to let you know the name of the driver and when they leave the store for delivery. We choose Dominoes over the other so called “pizzerias” every time. For the most part, we order the same thing every time. We know when we order from Dominoes we can expect it to be made right, baked to perfection and still receive the same great quality and service every time. Not to mention the incredible deals they offer. Dominoes, all around, you cannot be competed with. Hands down our favorite locally as well as when we travel.
