Chili’s

I’m picky, and I’m extremely big on having my food fresh. I’ve had several to go orders here and they’ve all tasted wonderful... ( hands down way better then Franklin’s chilis). My server was actually really good she was punctual and when we were seated we were able to order straight away. Food was hot and delicious... they were a bit slow on the dessert but overall had a pleasant experience.

Some of these reviews have to be exaggerated. Spring hills fast food is absolutely disgusting, literally all of it. Hands down I would pick this over it and eat here any day.

I visited the new Spring Hill, TN location on November 19. I read so many negative reviews that I was hesitant to go to this location. I ended up ordering only the southwest egg rolls and a sprit to drink. Overall, my experience was very positive. I did not wait very long. The curbside to-go attendant was very prompt and professional. I actually tipped her for her service. I liked my experience with this new location and would consider ordering from it again in the future.

Brand new location. And the best we have had in TN! Chili's is our go to dinner date spot but we have had so many issues with other locations here in TN that we've had to stop going and being disappointed.. BUT the service was amazing and our food was perfect! I hope it doesn't change because we are so excited to be able to have our date spot back
