Panera Bread

My husband and I stopped here for a quick lunch. The cashier must have been new because we spent a long time at the register and she didn't allow us to enter our info in before she cashed out, so we didnt get our reward points. She was very sweet but it was time consuming as we had people waiting behind us during lunch hour traffic (She was by herself). We also received fruit that went bad. The manager apologized for all the inconvenience and gave us a coupon for a complimentary meal. The food did get to us hot and correct.

Decent food and service but fairly pricey for what it is.

My strawberry Caprese salad was very tasty and good. The arugula sandwich with meat wasn't right. The meat was cold and there was lots of fat on it. There shouldn't be fat in a meat sandwich. Perhaps I just didn't like the combination. Not sure. It just didn't go along with me well.

Shout out to Manager Kenny today. I ordered a salad new to me and didn’t end up liking it. Kenny was quick to ask what I’d like instead - and brought it to me himself. Well done Panera Bread.
