Pizzeria Venti

We happened upon Pizzeria Venti on our way through Vonore. We were hungry and decided to give it a try. It is casual & homey. We were very impressed with the pizza and salad combo. The pizza is made in a rectangular pan and one can order a half pan or full size. The crust is what stood out. No cardboard tasting crust here. It is so good I didnt leave my normal pizza bones on the plate. The sweet Italian house dressing for the salad is homemade . We now travel 45 min each way just to eat there. They have other Italian dishes all homemade.

Ravioli was good. Not used to seeing Pizza made in the quick ovens they use here. Would say they should upgrade to brick ovens and toss the dough themselves. No round Pies?, this is supposed to be an authentic italian place to eat?

Service was good, especially considering we went in with a group of about 25 people. Food was good and didn't have to wait too long. Would definitely go back if we're in town again.

Nothing Pizza Hut like here. Been there 4 times. Winner every time. Only thing I can say negative is that sometimes the oil they use while burning in the oven can get in the dinning room. Twice it’s happened. The pizza itself for its location is surprising to say the least. Good flavor the sauce doesn’t overwhelm the crust or the toppings. It’s blended really well, you can ask for extra sauce or cheese if you like. Clean good service. Hardly ever crowded. I’ll continue to stop in when I’m in the area = 4.4

Food is always good and I have always had friendly service. We get the family deal that comes with a large pizza and endless salad which is totally worth it. The special house sweet onion dressing is amazing and the salad comes out in a big bowl. The pizza is always very good and consistent. Amazing place to go for a family meal.
