Catfish House

I ordered a 3 piece catfish cajun. The fish was slightly overcooked. The hush puppies were a tad bit dry but were good in flavor. This was the first time i had fried corn on the cob and it was very sweet. I Noticed though after buttering it the coating fell off. There was a long wait but we were a party of 4 so we didn't have to wait. Our server was a great waiter. He was helpful at best.

Phenomenal food, relaxed atmosphere, and very friendly staff! The carrot cake was homemade, and it was the best I've had in my entire life! I just wish they had a bar. Some bourbon would have gone well with my dessert.

I went with some friends, and since I'm not really a fan of fish, I had the grilled chicken salad. The chicken itself was good but the salad left something to be desired; I removed several pieces of lettuce that were way past their prime (Not quite slimy, but definitely almost there). My companions' fish looked good, and they assured me it tasted good as well. So, go if you like fried fish.

The food was really good and the service was great. Always worth the money. My husband loves fried oysters. It is difficult to find fresh fried oysters at a reasonable price but the Catfish House never disappoints him.

The Catfish was outstanding!
Possibly, the best we've ever tasted and that's saying alot.
The Chicken strips are incredible! The sauces with our meals were spot on delicious!
Everything down to the sweet tea was great!
Great food at a fair price.
