Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

I was at Golden Corral a couple of days ago on Saturday. I am still astonished at my visit. The place was extremely huge. There was plenty of room to accommodate a large number of customers and not be cramped. The food was amazing. I still can't believe a place like this exist. Anything you wanted was there, and its all you can eat. There are multiple bars with their own little kitchen. The one thing I will not forget was our waiter, Tracy. He was the best waiter I have experienced. He made our meal extremely pleasant. I wished as restaurants had waiters like him.

Always stocked with a wide variety of food, but the service is always hit or miss. Sometimes you can have great service or it's like you don't have a server at all. Food quality is pretty great considering it's a buffet. Dinner can be pricey but it's well worth it due to unlimited steak.

This place just keeps on getting worst every time we come in (every quarter I think by son's request). Only one person working the grill and in charge of slicing/serving other meat. It's Friday evening and not as busy but there was still a line of people waiting. Didn't like the change they made to their pot roast (meat and veggies separated and broth is thinner). Their rolls, green bean casserole and mac and cheese still taste good. Would be nice if staff is able to keep up with clutter within the work area where food is prepared (especially by the dessert area).

Really fun and affordable place to go especially with family. I always bring my aunt and uncle from Michigan here every time they come because we always end up having a good time and end up leaving satisfied. You might get some overcooked food every once in awhile but what do you expect at a buffet. It's actually one of the best places and it's pretty clean especially for as much clientele as they get. If you haven't been here and you're thinking about going I would definitely go it's worth checking out. I honestly don't think you would be disappointed.
