    I went today and the food was way better than I anticipated! I’m very picky about trying other people food at this point in my life but it was so good. I had a pork chop with sweet potatoes and dressing… omg too good. I will definitely go back!!

    10/10, I ordered more than one plate because EVERYTHING looked AMAZING, it tasted Better than it looked! Cornbread melts like butter, most def made from liquid gold! Meats, sides & employees were OUTSTANDING! If you haven’t tried it, this is your sign to do so! Will be back soon!!

    The name says it all. If you’re looking for some true Southern Soul Food, you can’t go wrong. I’m one that researches everything and I must say we enjoyed the food, staff and (going on a Sunday) the Gospel Music….took me back to my days in Mississippi. To the Management and Staff, Job Well Done 👍🏾

    Excellent first time visit. James and his staff were very inviting and professional. We had lasagna, catfish, smothered pork chop, yams, turnip greens, mac n cheese and cornbread. We will be back. I went back for the wings n fries. Its definitely food for the soul. Thanks James for bringing soul to Clarksville.
