I just went there tonight. And when the employees started dancing, I decided to join them. And the employees started laughing an enjoying it. Everyone starred at me. Now that was one of the most bravest things I've ever done because when it comes to doing things in public, (like dancing) I become really shy. But that was fun and I didn't care what others think. Place is really awesome. Anyone that reads this should go to that place in Clarksville TN.
We visit here about twice a month. Usually I don't have any issues. This last visit I found that the only friendly person was our waitress. The young girl that escorted us to our table didn't say one word to us (didn't offer for us to pick out a steak like usual) and did not even have eye contact with us. She took us to the table, dropped off the bread and started to walk off. I thanked her and she didn't reply back until I raised my voice to get her attention and she finally made eye contact with me and said.. "Ohhhh, sorry you're welcome." then hurried away.
My advice to management is if you are going to put young teens in the host booth or escorts to the table.. make sure you instruct them to smile, make eye contact and actually talk to the guest. They need to learn this little step is important and sets up the guests to fully enjoy the dining experience.
Also, I ended up having to return my steak. Was told a manager would bring it to the table. The waitress apologized for the delay and no manager came to the table. The waitress was the only saving grace for this visit.
I love the food here. The ribeye steak is always great. The catfish is delicious, and the ribs are really good. Everyone who works here has been really friendly and the service is good. If you like country music, then you will love this place. At night, they crank it up really loud, and they get up and dance to some of the songs (the employees). If you are like me, bring a good set of earphones so that you can drown the awful noise out, and you can enjoy the food. It will cost you about 20 dollars per person to eat here, which is about average for this quality of food.
We got in quickly, although it was super busy and we thought there was going to be a long wait. The waitress was great about suggesting menu items and helping us understand some of the drinks. She made great recommendations and she was very attentive. The food was so very good and oh my gosh the rolls were yummy! I had a great experience!
