    The atmosphere is enjoyable, the tea is delicious, and the food was awesome. However, the customer service was... A huge disappointment. You would think with how welcoming and cozy the spot is advertised that the employees would be equally warm and welcoming.

    Best experience I have ever had! I lived in Vermont for four years. Vermont is a super healthy, all-organic...yay it’s tea time kind of state. I don’t think you could go four miles without bumping into a herbalist or some sort of natural healer. Anyways...tea is life. The Mad Herbalist tea is the best tea I have ever had. The atmosphere is a modern comfy 1800’s cabin tea shop. Super impressed would go back again and again.

    Cute venue, amazing staff and wonderful food and herbal teas. Also menu changes twice a month. Big plus for foodies looking for a different taste

    My first time here was a couple of weeks ago and it was adorable! I didn't catch her name but the ginger girl was super chill and the tea tasted amazing. Their food tier is a great way to try light but filling foods and is great inspiration to anyone trying to cook lighter and healthier. Their upstairs nook is super cozy. I'll definitely be making more trips here soon!

    I took my mother to the Mad Herbalist yesterday and had to write a quick review.
    Ambiance is 5 star.
    Food is 5 star.
    Tea is 5 star.
    Staff is 5 star.
    You won't be disappointed but make sure you take a deep pocket. :).....and a to-go-cup for that huge carafe of tea you will not be able to drink in one sitting.
