Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Our first time coming here and we were genuinely excited. We had a hard time ordering with them. It kept cutting out and we were asked to repeat several times. Their prices were high, but we thought it was okay because their hype up was so phenomenal. After checking the bag once we got our food, we didn’t have half of our order that they told us had to come with it. The proportions for their food considering the prices were a huge let down. I also ordered the 3 cheese chicken quesadilla and I didn’t receive any chicken on it. The smoothies, however, were absolutely heaven as was their customer service. While I’m not sure I’ll order food from here again, they have my service for their smoothies at the very least.

My Family and I visit this location often. We are a family of 6. The staff for the most part are engaging and friendly. There were a few times where we weren't greeted or asked about our day by at least three employees, I guess thats bound to happen when business is good; The owner on the other hand, has always greeted my entire immediate family with with either hand shakes, hugs, smiles, or the occasional "Hey, big guy"(Family with three sons). There were a few instances where I went in to Tropical Smoothie because we had the entire crew with us. Big crew, big order, and only two hands. Needless to say I was trying to figure out how to make the short walk. Without skipping a beat one of the workers offered to help me carry everything out.

Overall, I rate the business 5 stars because I get exactly what I ask for, in a timely fashion, exceptional customer service and I always find myself in a conversation with someone at this location.

The staff are VERY professional, EXTREMELY nice, and very well trained. The service is quick and efficient. The smoothies and food are DELICIOUS. My son and I come here very often, and have always been absolutely delighted with everything Tropicana Smoothie Cafe has to offer.

Listen up... I have been here more times than I would like to admit, and the service is always great, the smoothies are addictive, and the owner is fantastic. Highly recommend! You'll love it.

Highly recommend going here,they have GREAT smoothies and the staff is so nice. Me and my boyfriend decided to try this place out, as we where on our way it started flash flooding,by the time we got here the owner/manager came outside with an umbrella and walked us inside the building. Great place:)
