Nice place for lunch. Good food

I gave it five stars only because it wouldn’t let me give it more. Phenomenal food served by very friendly staff and owner. The best gyro in several states...and don’t skip the chocolate malt or milkshake. I only wish that I could get here in time for breakfast...that’s on my bucket list for sure. If you are near here definitely eat here. If you aren’t near, make a special trip, you won’t be disappointed.

Great place to dine. It has soups, sandwiches that r the best. It is a neat place with Elvis, Jimmy Dean and Marilyn Monroe pictures on walls. Check it out, you will love it.

Penny Hill is a great little 50s diner in the middle of the small town of Union City. This diner has an excellent 50s ora to it with pictures of welcome and James Dean. The map of old time map of Union City inside the entrance is a cool little touch. Inside you order at the counter then sit down. There's a great selection of delicious sandwiches and burgers, ice cream and milk shakes, and desserts. I ended up getting the stuffed tomato (never had that before) with chicken salad. They use a beautiful fresh Ripley tomato with a large scoop of tuna salad or chicken salad on top. The whole meal was excellent!! My co-worker had an Italian beef. While not authorities to Chicago, the flavor was excellent!! We both really enjoyed our meals. I've also had the Chicago dog here and they were not Chicago authentic but really good flavor. I visit the place whenever I'm in town. I'd highly recommend going!!

Food was good portions were large. Service was friendly and warm. Prices were good. Came here on a trip. Will definitely come back again. Recomend it to anyone looking for a fun experience.
