Came in for lunch. Looks like a college bar both inside and out, but food was decent. No wait staff at lunch so you order from the counter. Salads are a good size for a meal.

The drinks are usually great. I would not order a glass of wine as it has usually been open for at least a day or two. By the bottle is better. As for the food, It is hit or miss. Meeting with girlfriends this week I ordered the avocado and shrimp salad which they say sells out quickly. I was told that it was fortunate I could still get one. When it came, the shrimp was chopped up in little pieces and sparse. The avocado Is bruised and browning. A lot of lettuce! I would have been embarrassed to plate that for someone

It’s gotten a bit pricier in the last couple of years. The food is amazing. The cheese bread appetizer is so good, it’s worth coming just for that. I haven’t tried very many things on the menu, but the cheeseburgers and steaks are some of the best you’ll have anywhere. There is a bar area up front which always seems busy, but I’ve never tried anything from that area, so I can’t comment on that section.

This place is exactly what I was looking for on my recent trip to America. Southern Hospitality at it's finest! Food and service excellent. Steve the Bartender is the most amazing friendly guy and Tyler the waitress makes you want to stay at the bar drinking Coors Lite all weekend!
I'm coming back one day... y'all.

I'm surprised by all the recent bad reviews! We went for a Sunday night dinner. Service was slower, but she was very friendly and helpful. Slower service should be expected in the bar and grill environment. Our only complaint was food time. It was not that busy. Our wing appetizer took about 20 minutes. Our food an additional 35-40.

But when we did get our food... so so good. It was worth the wait and not the kind of taste you're expecting from a bar and grill. Tasted like finer dining. We will be back :)
