    Great customer service. Food was quick and it was actually good food for the price as well

    First time at a Waffle House. Since I was expecting a long day of driving I had a lite meal. Next time my appetite will be satisfied. Y'all said it was a burnt waffle, but I called it perfectly toasty!

    Excellent service and food was prepared great. It was better than some of the WH I've been to. Easy access from interstate.

    Is a Waffle House a 5 star restaurant? No. Waffle House is what it is, fast food with sit down service. So my review is based on what it is. That being said, this location and any in Cookeville for that matter is hit and miss on service but not taste. That is the reason for the 4 star rating and why it is not a 5 star rating. Food is consistent and honestly if you keep the coffee full and get my order right, I am happy.

    Shout out to David... the manager great guy... classic waffle house food just what the doctor ordered... Southern rivers trip was a success..
