La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant

Despite the modest sort of hole in the wall location this was a really good restaurant. The la hacienda salad dinner that comes in an edible shell for a bowl was very good! It had steak, chicken, shrimp, rice, cheese, lettuce nd tomatoes and was fantastic. The amount of food compared to the price was shockingly good. My wife also enjoyed her fajitas and was happy you actually had guacamole in stock. Thanks for a great experience! We will definitely be back.

Cute restaurant in a small town. Sweet staff. Maybe I'm a spoiled traveler, but it seems like y'all should either stick to Mexican or Italian. Both styles were mediocre at best. Staff is friendly, but the food could use some help. Either fuse the two styles creatively (yeah, do that!) or pick one style and be fantastic at it, instead of food that screams "Screw it. I'm starving. Force it down."
You have a great setting in a lovely small town and strong staff to support. All you need is a little recipe love and focus to be an excellent restaurant.

I must say that the idea of a Mexican/Italian restaurant gave me some pause, but what my family and I ate was quite good.
I ordered my standard Mexican meal, Chili Colorado. Amazingly it is only made with chicken or pork instead of the normal chunks of beef. It comes with rice and beans along with flour tortillas.
There was quite a bit of chicken in the serving and the sauce was a little spicier than expected. The beans and rice were the typical bland offerings with three small flour tortillas. The chips and salsa served at the beginning were uninspiring, not enough salt on the chips and boring salsa.
I will return and hope they start putting beef in their Chili Colorado.
The place was clean and the service was excellent.

The food was great Colby I think was his name the server was excellent. He knew the menu and gave just the right amount of time before taking my order. I'm satisfied with this place
