My husband and I were running errands and stumbled upon Philly and Burgers, and are so glad we did. The owner and staff were extremely kind and friendly; the service was excellent---so attentive; the food was delicious; and the portions were generous at a great price. We're thirty minutes out of the area, but we will happily make the drive to eat at Philly & Burgers again.
