    It’s good but don’t pay $3 extra for extra meat because it’s no different than standard. Also they have made errors on my last two orders. I did pickup and this time Wrong bread. Last time it was wrong chips. I have tipped the last two times $3 on my order. I don’t see a reason to tip if they can’t get me my correct order. The Food is good though

    I appreciate Jersey Mike’s opening up in Springfield TN. It’s definitely a popular location. Parking is limited and tight during lunchtime. We’ve been coming to this location since they opened. We always dine-in and I always order a sub-in-a-tub. Even at the time they opened, they never had any knives to allow me to cut my foos. Today, they had no forks either, therefore I couldn’t eat at all. Most disappointing. At least they did cut the meat for me, which, some locations don’t even do that.

    Very nice to finally have them open. Super friendly folks and great subs. Two thumbs up and highly recommended.

    Great sub 👌🏼and great customer service 👍I'm so happy Jersey Mike's is in Springfield. By far the best cheese steak 😋
