Service was great as always, down home people that take care of you like you are their family. Food is great and very fresh. Will go back when I can.
Great country food, service and atmosphere. Very pleasant. My only complaint is that I have to drive from Tennessee to Kentucky to eat there, but worth the drive.
This is a wonderful place to eat for home cooking. I don't know why anyone would give less than 5 stars. (Everyone can have a bad experience once or twice and if they do, the people will be more than willing to make it right.) The staff is awesome and even Larry will come around and check on you. ???????? Can't say enough good things. One of the last of it's kind. ❤️❤️❤️
Apparently this is a great "meat and 3" restaurant. I don't care much for the standard meat and 3 dishes, but my family loves this place. Breakfast here is great though.
My only complaint? The service when you first walk in. Being greeted and seated can take a few minutes, and there isn't really a great area to wait. So you sort of just stand in the entryway, awkwardly. Some signage stating "seat yourself" (which you can), or "wait to be seated" could help lessen the initial awkwardness.
This was a wonderful place to eat for breakfast. Its one of the first places I have ever been that has cooked my eggs perfectly. Pancakes were good and bacon and country ham were great. This place is busy. You seat yourself but it surprisingly didn't take long. Larry even came to our table to see if everything was good.
