Order a 2pc fish and fries at 7:41pm didn't get my food until 8:02pm. So much for fast food! There were about 5-6 other people before me that all looked annoyed, like they had been there awhile.. I will say Karen was very polite and apologized for the delay. But still shouldn't take 20min for fast food. They seemed to be having issues getting the orders correct because they were sending them back to the kitchen asking them to be remade for almost every order that came out.😑 Food was good and fresh when I finally did get it!

Try the butterfly shrimp. They are fantastic. The cooks do a great job. The young ladies out front like to stand around and talk. They do not like to clean.

This is my overall experience after 4 visits. Food is fresh & 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Customer service is not so hot -🔥. Front counter customer service training is highly recommended😏. The young with the afro puffs could do better since last visits. On today I called for curbside, someone answered & didn't come back to the phone. So after 3min, I went inside & placed order. with no wait. I did let the beautifully spirited young lady with blue shirt on know what happened. She apologized sincerely, she's always pleasant. I will try again.

This place is awesome! Someone literally opened the door for me today. I was immediately directed where I should order to get my food to-go. The two people at the window were so nice. I felt like family while I was there. All of the employees that I came into contact with spoke to me with a smile on their faces. The food was amazing as always! That fish sandwich is such a sweet deal! My family is so excited to have a Captain D’s on our side of town.
