Donatos Pizza

Pizza is amazing... However the service is hit or miss. Tonight I came into the store to pickup my carryout order and I stood there in front lobby for around 10-15 minutes ... I watched the employees through the glass cleaning with headphones in during the 10 minute span... I'm assuming they didn't hear me because of the headphones... However I could clearly see all three of them. I mentioned that I had been stuck standing there awhile and the employee said "sorry" but I just paid and left with the pizza. s
It's sad because this place literally has the best pizza in town but I won't be going back because you never know what to expect with the service so sad....

General Manager was amazing. Food was delicious and came out fast. Family always got Donatos in Columbus OH and I swear this locations pizza is even better than I remember. Nothing was left to take home!

When the order arrived at our hotel the pizza was overdone, no dipping sauce for our wings and the paper products we requested were missing. One call to the store and the very courteous manager was quick to make things right. In the end great pizza and wings. The young lady who delivered the order was very nice.
