I love this place this Dunkin Donuts is one of the best Dunkin Donuts in Murfreesboro I go to it every morning and they take care of me fine I love my ice coffee in my hash browns in the manager she's a wonderful person great place to start your morning and get your coffee

I almost alwayssss stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts because they make the drink I love, perfect. (Trust me. I’ve tried two other locations and was not impressed.) Thursday morning I went super early with my 3 adorable, but grumpy children.. and there was a pretty decent line forming behind us. I accidentally ordered two of the wrong donuts for my older two. My son was super excited about the donut he got, and my daughter just about had a melt down. Christany was extremely patient and happy to right my wrong. Which is a big deal to me considering the line behind me! However, I did give four stars due to another occasion. The young lady whose name I forgot to take not of, was pretty rude. I ordered a drink that normally comes with whip cream, naturally since I order there almost every day, I always ask for no whip. Well, when I got to the window she handed me a drink with whip cream. I informed her I asked for no whip cream and she proceeds to the trash can and scrapes it from the top then replaced the lid and hands it back. Fortunately, that was the only time I’ve had a bad experience at this location!

Fast service. Great customer service and they know what they're doing. Everytime I get great coffee...

Good and cheap. They have sugar free flavors which I love. Line and be pretty long in the mornings, but the service is wonderful and the staff are cheerful.
