We had a very short wait and were quickly greeted by our server Isabelle. She was helpful, attentive, and friendly. The cinnamon swirl were possibly the best pancakes I've ever had. The breakfast burrito also exceeded our expectation. The meals are not a inexpensive, but the quality, atmosphere, and service is well worth the price.
We had a couple of dishes we got the chicken and waffles with the Nashville hot chicken it was OK the waffle was a little bit soggy but. .. We also tried the pancakes not a good choice at all the batter tasted like straight flour. No taste other than that. The sweet potato fries were good and the coffee was good. The place is small we had to turn sideways to get in and out we were against the wall in the back near the second entrance.. The waitress was great, I probably will not be returning though.
Y’all, our family can’t get enough of locally-owned Goodness Gracious in the Fountains at Gateway in Murfreesboro.
We’ve have been 5-6 times in the past couple of months and gotten something different every time. EVERY SINGLE PLATE we get is nothing short of EXCELLENT.
The food is expertly cooked. They have traditional options for breakfast and lunch, but also some really inspired dishes as well. The amount of food that you get for the price is unbeatable.
This is probably the best French toast I’ve ever had. But we’ve also had all of their different pancake styles, chicken and waffles, cheese burger, Monte Cristo sandwich, omelet, the chicken puff (pictured below), sausage and white bean soup, sausage and cheese quiche (pictured below), and biscuit. Everything we’ve had has impressed me.
If you are looking for a breakfast/brunch/lunch place, look no further. Goodness Gracious is hands-down my favorite in the Boro.
Meals were fresh and carefully prepared, great presentations and everyone enjoyed their brunch/lunch. Atmosphere was pleasant and service was good.
