I actually cannot remember the last time they got my order wrong! Love the people! Super fast and always happy and clean!

Poor service in the 11pm to 3am time frame.

Edit: About 11pm on Thursday, 14AUG2019: Moving it to FIVE *s from TWO stars because of this night's amazing customer service, quality, & speed! The guy at the drive-thru gave 5 Star Plus service w/ super friendliness & the cook gave outstanding speed and quality of food. Thanks guys.

I like Krystals, not nearly as much as White Castles... maybe because I'm from Chicago. Anyway I got wings and they were moist, fresh, and good. I'll definitely be back for more, though I felt they may have been just s bit (only a bit) on the high side of the dollar bill. With that said, the wings made it worth it

I love crystals and eat there whenever there is a location in the city I am working. This Crystal is very nice clean and friendly, but the breakfast was very overcooked. I had eggs over easy and it was obvious that the grill was too high to be cooking eggs because all the white was brown and crispy while the yellow was runny. The sausage patty was overcooked also and crispy. The biscuits were so dried out on top and bottom I had to scoop out the inside using a fork to eat them.
