Romano's Macaroni Grill

Went here with a large party. We were the ONLY ones in the restaurant, and the service was good, but kitchen and food terrible. The kitchen prepared all the chicken dishes first, then all theq fish, then all the steak. They were cashing people out before all the dinners were served. And like I said, we were the only ones in the restaurant! Management needs to step in and train processes

Went in last night with my sister and we were both starving ready to eat and decided to try Macaroni Grill. We were sat immediately, no wait time, and greeted with a huge smile. Our waitress Lexi did a spectacular job of giving descriptions of the food. We were very pleased with the choose 2 appetizers and house wine. The penne rustica was not a disappointment either. Even though we were full she still persuaded us into getting the sticky toffee cake which was stellar! Whatever this restaurant is doing to keep such a wonderful staff they should keep it up!

The food was so good! Man, I haven't had lasagna like that in a while. The prices weren't all that high either, very reasonable. Good attention too. I'll be here again!

Excellent experience. Had not eaten here in years but popped in for lunch today. SO enjoyed the atmosphere of quiet music that was enjoyable without being intrusive to those around me who were visiting over lunch. Though I was dining alone, "Cam" gave my table the same attention he was giving tables of 2-4. I asked for several extras and he promptly delivered each, along with tea refills.

I ordered off the Mix & Match menu -- what a GREAT LUNCH VALUE! Food was fresh, delicious, and filling. Seriously, can't wait to come back and bring my husband. The only confusing thing to me is why the dining room isn't absolutely PACKED!
