Slick Pig BBQ Smyrna

BBQ was greasy, the one in the Boro is better. I live in Smyrna and still drive to get bbq from the original location. They need another smoker or something.

They are awesome...was concerned that it may not taste as good as the Murfreesboro location but it delivers and everyone that works there has been amazing!!!!!!

Please, go back to the one who were making your pies, at the beginning! Our, second time getting chest pie's and we give it a three star ! Try, to stay consistent with the taste of your food ! Your, food is yummy to the tummy !!!

Got the Saturday tailgate special. wings, pulled pork, buns and 2 sides. I got 2 more sides as well and a rack of ribs plus dessert and a drink. They hooked it up! all the sides were filled up to the rim! The potato salad I can say that it was the best I have had! I know some folks like theirs a little more chunky but I thought it was good even though there wasn't as many big chunky pieces of potato. The mac n cheese was not impressive. I like my green beans with bacon and onions. I did not see any of that in there. The brunswick stew was good but not enough veggies. it was packed with meat though, very flavorful as well. I just wished there was more veggies. The RIBS.... FALL OF THE BONE. I paid for a whole rack but looking at it, it looked like rack and a half. it was pretty good not as smokey of a flavor but good. it didn't come sauced as described. they also didn't include sauce, I had to ask for some. The sauce was not to my preference, it was not thick and the hot wasn't hot. pulled pork was ok and the wings....the wings, that's what I came for and they delivered! great smokey wings. they were so tender and flavorful. I did have to wait. I got there at 6pm and they said they wouldn't get done until 730. I did wait but I wish I didn't have to. I saw some reviews on grubhub and they had a few complaints about the wings but I thought they were good. definite must try in Smyrna if you need some bbq that you haven't tried yet. Dessert, I got the coconut cake. So, moist and it was melt in your mouth delicious. I wanted a gallon of fruit tea but I am not paying 10 bucks! got a large drink no ice instead. fruit tea was ok
