Wingstop

This wing stop is a whole lot better than the one in Antioch. I haven’t had any complaints yet lol and hope I never do. The wings are better and the customer service is better. Thank God all the wing stop is not the same. They need to close the one in Antioch down immediately.

I went into the Smyrna Wingstop yesterday around 5:30 pm, during a promotion for National Chicken Wing Day. While I was waiting on my order, a lady there began speaking rudely to the cashier as well as the manager because of a system error that neither of them could solve themselves - corporate matter from what I overheard. The manager conducted herself very well.. and right after that unfortunate event, she asked an employee to give me two brownies for my wait. (They had to drop another batch due to the chicken being small - how nice!) I was very impressed that even after dealing with that, she was generous to her customers. Great experience!

Not one hairnet, not one glove, wipe it on your shirt, greasy fingerprints everywhere. We watched a few orders come through before us and every one of those orders were missing multiple large items. These people are obviously return customers... Why the wings were surprisingly good. All the flavors seemed just right... Good prices

Great Team at this location , I felt welcome as I arrived. Restaurant was clean. Everyone seemed to be In proper uniform. Cori and Sydney were Very informative about the products on the menu. Fast service , did I mention very clean restaurant. The taste of the food was great. Glad I ordered the Spicy Koren Q. Taste great with ranch. I'll be back to eat here again. Smyrna got this one right ! Great job Wing Stop ! I did however find one thing that I do hope they can fix for future customers as I did describe to Sydney We need napkins on the tables. It was somewhat an issue getting up and down to get paper towels. Other than that I would have wanted to score a 5 star on this review.
