Burg Steakhouse

My wife and I had dinner here after talking with a gentleman in front of the restaurant handing out coupons for a free dessert. He was extremely friendly and we were hungry so we figured why not. Glad we made this decision. This was the best meal we have had in a while. Steaks were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. All the sides were hot and tasted fresh. Everything on the salad bar was cold and fresh. Chocolate cake was amazing. Great service and very friendly staff. They have only been open two and a half weeks so I'm sure they are still working some kinks out but we will definitely be back on our next trip.

Was VERY GOOD. We originally just came in because there was no wait. But we were pleased with the service and food quality. For the price it was a steal, well worth it! We recommend the rib eye!

Great place. Friendly staff. Steaks are wonderful. The tail on fish was very good. Lots of variety for sides. Very clean. Cook came out to personally ensure our party of seven was satisfied with our meals. Will definitely visit again.

This place ROCKS!!!! The best steak EVER!!! The sides bar, salad bar surpasses the imagination. The fresh fruit and mint lemonade is unreal! This place had service that was over the top. I seriously recommend this wonderful steak house, definitely don't miss out. Your taste buds will love you for the experience! Go, go now!

WOW! Wow wow wow. So, my party and I were absolutely starving and every restaurant had a one to two hour wait (we didn't know what to expect of Gatlinburg on a Saturday night.) Well, we were getting a little dejected, but thankfully we happened upon a man named Eric who was handing out pamphlets for Burg's! He said there was no wait, and we stepped inside to a beautiful restaurant. Everything we had was fantastic. Crab legs, porterhouse, prime rib, creamy vegetable soup, potato casserole, sweet potato souffle, mac and cheese, salad bar, lemon pepper broccoli, key lime pie and so much more, all delicious.

And then our server Ashley! She was very attentive and funny, really made us feel at home. She's a great fit for an establishment like this one. We were all shocked when she told us that this was only their second night open- everything was running like a well oiled machine. We got our entrees quickly and their execution of the all-you-can-eat salad and sides bar was extremely hygienic and fast.

If you've read this whole review, all I can say is put down your phone and get your bottom (and your belly) down to Burg Steakhouse. You'll love it!
