Solorzano's Pizzeria & Bistro Gatlinburg

We used to drive to Pigeon Forge for pizza (J Dels). Unfortunately their food quality and customer service has seriously declined in the past few years. Someone recommended Solorzano's and they blew them out of the water!!! High quality ingredients, delicious food and people who actually acknowledge you. This will be our new pizza spot!

We stopped in at this new location and had an amazing experience. Pizza was wonderful. Crust was chewy and crisp. Also had a salad. All delicious and great, service in a very clean and nicely decorated restaurant. Highly recommended!

This pizza was good, nothing amazing, but not bad. The service not that good. We had a cashier that obviously needed more training. He was friendly but seemed very confused. The five of us each had the pizza by the slice. It seemed to come out randomly it was a good 10 minutes from the time the first person got their slices to the time the last person did. Which was odd since the pizza by the slice was already made. Might would try again and order a whole pizza instead of the pizza by the slice.

Stumbled across this looking for better than the average pizza in Gatlinburg and they did not disappoint. Brand new location, but clearly an established brand with high standards of service, freshness, and quality pizza. We got a couple of garlic knots (big and excellent, one per person as an appetizer is plenty) and a large Bada Bing off their specialty menu. We were greeted and served by a friendly gentleman who I assume was an owner and had a great experience overall. If you're on the outskirts of town, or just looking for a great pizza in Gatlinburg don't hesitate to give this new option a try (or two)!
