    After walking all over Gatlinburg this place was an oasis! Friendly and fast staff and the best made sub I've had anywhere ,but the bathrooms seemed to be forgotten about they really needed cleaning.

    This store is in a beautiful location and the staff are the friendliest we've ever met. We interacted with Cody and his excellent customer service brightened our day and was a highlight of our family vacation!

    We went at 10:00 PM July 14 2019 it was very clean and fresh there was a Turkish- Kurdish guy he was too nice excellent customer service 5☆☆☆☆☆

    It's a subway with very little seating. Could NOT get the stroller in there it was so so so busy! We just took it back to our room. I had to ask them to warm the steak on the sub cause I didnt get it toasted and that was a very inconvenient thing for the man! Cashier was nice! My daughter wanted a drink while we were waiting in line and she allowed us to get our cup while waiting in line.
