Boss Hogg's BBQ

We always come here when we are on vacation in Tennessee. Now we have moved to Tennessee and love eating here! Staff and owner are always so friendly and the BBQ is fantastic!!! I love the baked beans too!!!

Good food. High prices. Friendly staff. Good sauces and sweet tea. Google had $$ by the description but I'd say more like $$$. Good sized portions though. Cole slaw was just meh.

Hands down the best brisket I’ve ever had anywhere! It was so perfectly smoked it fell apart when you touched it with your fork. Not too moist not too dry just perfect. The sauces complemented the meat very well too along with your choice of two sides. Employees were very friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and the dining area was very clean! We’re only in town for the week but we plan on stopping in again before we go back home it was that good!

Ate here today with my wife and 5 other couples from the church after walking one of the mountain trails. Meat here is outstanding. The brisket is delightful as were the ribs and sausage. Chicken was good too but the brisket was the best!

Only thing we really didn't like at the table was the Mac and cheese and the green beans. Beans had no flavor at all.

If you want some great BBQ, don't hesitate to come here. You'll be thankful you did!

Thank you for your hospitality and letting us trade out a couple of our side dishes we really didn't like for those French fries which put McDonald's fries to shame.
