“I had two meals at Ember and Elm and they were both delicious. The oatmeal was yummy and was a great choice for a light meal. The continental brekkie was also delicious and was packed with all kinds of great options. The menu also includes tons of other options, there just wasn’t enough time to make taste them all. My cousin order the avocado toast and it was delicious and came with two huge pieces of toast loaded with avocado and delicious toppings. My favorite thing about Ember and Elm were the employees. During our first meal we had Noel as our sever and he was very friendly and welcoming. During our second meal we had Amanda as our server and her and the hostess Syd were hysterical. They drew us a picture of a cow we when asked for a cows worth of creamer. Next time I stay at a Dollywood resort I will definitely be visiting for the friendly service and to try other menu items.”

“Highly recommend!!! The food was delicious!!!! Customer services was excellent! So excited we have a real Caribbean restaurant! The food was flavorful and season just right! If you looking for real food from the island stop by and get your food! We got the oxtail and fried chicken with cabbage peppers, rice and beans, fried sweet plantains! They also have a small store in the back with some stuff you could get that’s Jamaican. We will be back! Many blessings to this business!”

“The night we had dinner here, 1/16/24, there were super cold temperatures and winter storm advisories. Many businesses and restaurants were closed. This location was Extremely Overwhelmed. The manager and the team working that night remained calm and collected. The woman at the register was Patient and Efficient. The cooks were Fabulous. The food was Phenomenal. “I would definitely order from them again. Ordered $150 from these guys online plus a tip. Pizza was great. They called to let me know they were out of Pepsi and everything came out great. They were fast, delivery driver was super good and nice. Great pizza and everyone loved it. However, I was missing pretzels and didn’t call that night since we were all having our dinner. Called the next day when we got back to the hotel to tell them about the pretzels and they gave me a hard time since I didn’t call back right away, but in the end said they would make it right. Great business.”

Hopefully the old mill expands their bathroom facilities to more than the current two individual unisex restrooms for the hundreds of people there at any given time. “Excellent!!!!!!! We went to Red Rooster the day before and had a horrible experience with dry, fake tasting food and hair in eggs. So we were very hesitant to come here. It is an older looking place but the ladies from the hostess to the waitresses were all EXTREMELY friendly!!! We are tightwads typically but we left her a big tip because she (Barbara) truly earned it!! Coffee was good and hot, pancakes are golden and rich, eggs are fluffy, bacon was crisped to perfection. This will for sure be our new go-to breakfast stop!!”

“My family stopped by this place today and we loved it!!! We had got an advertisement for it from the cabin we were renting from, so we decided to check this out. They have great flavor combinations and love the idea of “buzzed” ice cream. The staff were super friendly and very helpful with helping us decide what to order.
