Heavenly Hog BBQ

Best BBQ I'm Tennessee period! Extremely nice family operation here. Right off of Newport Highway so make sure you stop here of you're in the area and want a delicious treat. The brisket is honestly to die for, melts right in your mouth, and be sure to try their sauces to dip it in. They have an amazing BBQ sauce, and if you don't try the spicy vinegar you've sold yourself short. Their sides are all home made, and we loved the smoked mac, baked beans and the coleslaw was delicious. If you want something sweet after they also sell local produce that's a must try as well. We are here a few days during our stay and will for sure be back for more.

Drove by this place for 3 years, never stopped....boy do I regret that!!!! Had lunch there today and bought peaches and a yellow meat watermelon. My gosh!!! They are so nice there, very friendly, inviting, great conversation, and oh my gosh their bbq is the best I've had!!! Great smokey flavor, and so so tender. The smoked mac and cheese was so creamy, the cole slaw was creamy and sweet. I will be back soon!!!! I promise guys!!!

People are friendly, let us sample a few different food items. Good barbecue, just needed a little more sauce for my sandwich(only because I like A LOT of sauce). The meats are melt in your mouth good!

We found this place by accident. Small roadside BBQ stand with a farmers market. The pulled pork was amazing!! This was some of (if not the best) pulled pork I have ever tasted. The family who runs this place were so friendly. We also bought some fresh peaches from them. They have a kitty named “produce” he is adorable. We will return to this place on all of our future trips to Tennessee.

Can't boast about this place enough! Not only is everything delicious and mouthwatering, the hospitality is unreal!! The prices are more than reasonable for the sheer amount of food you get. And if you want some fresh fruit for dessert, they have that too!
