Typical McDonald's. They are are close to each other? We need a different ones with something to keep the kids learning more so the occupied and not get them wound up and ready to go!

Typical McD food and service. I really don't like the system where a single person is taking orders, forcing customers to use the digital ordering machine when the line gets long. The play gym is nice for the kids. Refilling the ice machine and stocking napkins, condiments, appears to be lacking in this location.

we visited this place for breakfast on our way out of town after a very nice time in Pigeon forge. It was breakfast time and we had a very specific order that we were hoping would be accurate for the first time in a long time. This place did not disappoint! The manager was present and available and I even got her attention so that I could put in my special order specifically with her so that I would ensure its accuracy. It's actually a difficult concept because there are multiple sandwich builds and I like to substitute the steak egg and cheese bagel with a biscuit but still get two slices of cheese and the bagel sauce, and the people in the grill just have a hard time with that. it was done with a smile, it was hot and fresh, and I was very happy to finally get this order correct. Thank you for taking care of me!
