(July 20, 2019, 1:05 pm)Stopped by to meet a friend. Had a wonderful time, atmosphere was nice, food was good, milkshake was great! Judy was our server. Very glad we chose to meet here. Would have given five stars but the lock on the bathroom stall door was only there for visual effect as it did not work at all.

(July 8, 2019, 10:25 am)The access to this resturant was easy and leaving was easy too if you were going to the right. Everything in Pigeon Forge is like that.
The painted pipes on the ceiling leaked water droplets. Fortunately, it was just my husband and myself and I could move to the other side of the table.
The food as always was wonderful. Our waitress was as nice as she could possibly be. -
(June 15, 2019, 9:15 pm)My first time eating at a Steak & Shake. I was thoroughly pleased. Extremely affordable for families & the burgers are amazing. They certainly give 5 guys a run for the money in my opinion....with half the cost. Burger, Fries & a full size shake for about $8!! Highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive yet good lunch or dinner. Will definitely visit anytime in the area
