    Went to Tequila Spice for my birthday today. It was probably my tenth visit to this restaurant. I grew up in Chicago with a large Mexican American community with good food. This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in the area. The food was fantastic. The rice, chicken tacos, and quesadillas were really good. Great chips & salsa when you sit down. Monday had $3.00 margaritas that were well made with a generous pour. We have the same girl wait on us every time. She's a fantastic waitress & does her job well. I always tip her well, she earns it! Two great lunch specials with three items & two margaritas for a little over twenty bucks! The place is clean & the environment is cool. Thank you Tequila Spice for a great birthday meal. You made turning fifty a little more tolerable.

    Eating outside with 7 others (friends & family) was pleasant, even with a few bugs. Our server was pleasant, and efficient. We all ordered something different, and a few of us had the $2.99 Margaritas (delicious). Chips and salsa was great, and we ate so many that we almost didn’t have room for our chicken fajitas for two. They were delicious, and we had leftovers to bring home. No room for dessert. Maybe next time, and there will be a next time.

    Cold beer! Food was great. Service was great. I ordered the steak fajita burrito. It came with beans n rice and steak was juicy n tender! I definitely will eat there again!!!
