I would just add that it would be nice if the owner played 50's music in the background like they used too. It would set the mood a little bit better. If you're a local with DL, ask for the discount.

(July 22, 2019, 3:25 pm)Best dining experience I've had in a very long time. They know what over-easy eggs means, the bacon was crispy, and the hash browns had just a hint of onion without being overpowering. Also, the meal was not overly greasy.

(June 23, 2019, 8:58 pm)Edit: Came back a year later and this place is still my favorite place! I got the Cadillac Brougham burger and it was absolutely incredible! Service was great and the food is absolutely to die for!
The theme was perfect exactly what you think, waitresses in poodle skirts, 50s music, etc. Food was reasonably priced and very good, plus I ate elk burger which was a first for me. Would highly recommend. Also the shakes are to die for and served in a tall glass with whip cream and cherry just as you expect.
