Walk in and immediate response was going to be a 35 minute wait turning business away left and right! It’s always zaxbys to blame it on the new people working and under staffed. Higher and train treat employees with kindness and respect and maybe you wouldn’t be under staffed.
Sadly this location of Zaxby's isn't focused on quality of product or employee training. The fries were under cooked and the chicken tenders were hard and dry like they had been made for a while. The dinning room wasn't cleaned and we had to clean our own table. The Coke machine was out of several flavors and I was told there was no one there who knew how to change the flavor cartridges.
We were there during what should be the lunch rush but they weren't busy or rushed so no excuses for the lack of quality or uncleanliness.
I have questions actually. Like. Are you still using fresh chicken and marinating it, in store? Are the cashiers still checking orders before they leave the store? In my experience, the answer is no to both of these questions. Chicken tasted like every other places, boxed frozen fingers. Order incorrect. Do better. Please
